Road 600,off of Calif. State Hwy 49 outside of Oakhurst, heading toward Awahnee. There are a lot of Historical Markers in the area talking about the mining history/stage robberies. Gold Mining still can be done in the local river. Beautiful scenic drive. REMAINS: Nothing much, |
