Camping, Museum on the main land. 6 month waiting list to visit. Island is returning to its natural wild state. When I visit this summer I will take photos. REMAINS: Buildings, plantation houses. |
| Have not been to this island yet. Thought this would make a great ghosttown. Mostly overgrown with forest, many of the builders were burned in the war of 1812. The carnigie family built her in 1900 but abanded the island in 1920. i have included a link: Submitted by: Andy Kirkland |
