NAME: Boyd COUNTY: Wasco ROADS: 2WD GRID: 2 CLIMATE: Snow in the winter but tolerable. Can be very windy. BEST TIME TO VISIT: Spring through fall.

COMMENTS: Just east of S.R. 197 and about 12 miles south of the Dalles. REMAINS: A few abandoned buildings, some current homes and a mill.

Boyd is/was a farming town that once had a population of between 150 and 200 people. Today there are only a few residents and a few remains.
