The only remaining building at Rock Point is Rock Point Tavern which was built in 1864 by L.J. White who originally built this structure to be a hotel and tavern. It also served  as one of the first telegraph stations in Oregon. After the establishment of stage routes in the area, it became a stage station. Despite the demise of Rock Point as a community, the building remained.

Today, the building and surrounding property is owned by Del Rio Vineyards who have done an exceptional job restoring the building and currently manage a vineyard of over 200,000 vines on the grounds. They make excellent wine and are open to the public.
