We are interested if anyone has experience in living in an old ghost town today. We are looking at buying property in an old Wyoming gold mining city where the population bursts at 11 for the winter and jumps to 200 in the summer. What are the advantages? Do tourists actually visit these historic sites? How does one exist in the cold winters with so few neighbors? what kinds of business can acutally make a go of it in these areas? Help! Let us know if you have any true stores of families pulling up stakes and moving to these old remote areas. Thanks, from the adventurers!
