"Basque dinner houses include BILTOKI'S (The Gathering Place), open 4:30-10, closed Wed.; STAR BAR AND DINING ROOM, open 5-9:30, closed Sun.; and NEVADA DINNER HOUSE, open 5-10, closed Sun. All are along Third Str. behind Stockmen's between Silver and River. Also, TOKI-ONA (Come to This Place), across Idaho from the museum, is a coffee shop for breakfast and lunch (6a.m.-1:30p.m.), and then reopens for Basque dinners at 4:30."
