Another Eagle exists in Shoshone County (the county directly north of Clearwater County). Perhaps Tracy's reference was "off" a little.
This one is certainly in a known mining district. Lat/long is 47deg 38min 37sec North, 115deg 55min 01sec West. USGS topographic map showing this area is the Prichard, ID 7.5' map, scale 1:24,000. Hope this helps.
