If the gentleman is into Death Valley and California I would agree with you. However, I do have a question you might be able to answer. On what stage line would the depot have been for? The location looks too far north to me to be for the Vegas Military Road. Also, while I'm writing, do you know anything about a military camp in the Marl Springs area? (Brief occupancy only)
