Coolidge is still very much "alive" with interesting buildings still standing and others in various stages of decay. There are many great opportunities for pictures and the area is very pretty. The mill itself has mostly been torn down with just a small part of it still standing. There are a lot of debris around where the mill is being torn down. As an earlier posting mentioned this is a company ghost town from this century and as such does not have notched log buildings as most of the older camps did. This camp was constructed with lumber. However it is well worth the effort to see it. Also the Book "One Man's Dream" really helps one understand what they are seeing and how it came about.
