I know of one. Sauer Castle in Kansas City. apperently, this man killed his whole family, wife and 2 kids, buried him in the backyard then commited suicide by jumping off the roof. I'm not sure if he, or his son, haunts there yet, but lights flicker and it's totally freaky to look at. i'm trying to get a tour inside and find the history on it, there very select things about and very grumpy people to deal with..
