What sites were you thinking of visiting?
We have been to about 90% of the ghostowns in DV.
With the exception of a few sites, most have nothing much left to see.

: Cat House (from Ripleys ghost town web site), and I are planning a Death Valley ghost town exploring trip for late February. It will be an informal weekend of exploring ghost towns and mine sites. A 4 wheel drive vehicle is the only requirement. We put together a weekend of exploring Eastern Sierrra ghost towns last summer, and had a great time. Plan on attending, the more the merrier!
