Scott, Of the 8 places shown in one of my books, only 3 are still on current maps. Union-
ville (no. central); Danville- between Columbia, and St Louis; and Wittenburg- east of Perryville, and between St louis, and Cape Girardeau.
If you'd like to email me, i'll be glad to point out some other western history areas in Missouri, that may be of interest to you, but are not listed
as actual ghost towns.
