Dear Kathy: Thank you for the directions. This holiday season I plan on taking a drive to Dallas TX from La Mesa CA. I wanted to make sure I didn't miss to oppertunity to stop and take pictures in Tumco. For anyone who is reading this I will also be stoping in Cuthbert TX, Tuleta TX (near Beeville TX), and if I have time on my way back to California I will be stopping in Pumpville TX. Thanks again Kathy.

: : I was wondering if someone could give me
: : a better detailed direction to Tumco, California.
: : A closer landmark then Yuma , Arizona would be
: : helpful. Thank you.

: Ross, My book, GHOSTTOWNS of the WEST, ( page 15) shows Tumco
: to be between Yuma and ElCentro, nearer to Yuma.Page 53 shows it to be just off Route534 and north of Ogilby Cemetery Historic Landmark.

: Hope this helps. Kathy
