Salero, Arizona

For years, the site of Salero has been closed off to visitors. The owner of the Salero Ranch on which it sits has passed away and the property was put up for sale. (I've heard that there may be plans for development in this area).

Does anyone know what affect this has on the status of the Salero site as to it's access? Is it still "off limits" to visitors?
