I don't know of any at present, but there used to be one called Ghost Town Quarterly, which put out 8 issues in 1987 or so before it failed. You used to be able to buy back issues from Old West magazine. Also, there was a publication called Dusty Memories, done by a guy named Kevin Heaney (both of these were puvblished in Montana). Heaney disappeared for awhile but according to the Bulletin of the Montana Ghost Town Preservation Society, he has recently resurfaced. Which is of interest to me because I never did receive all of the issues of Dusty Memories that I had paid for before he disappeared. Hope this helps.
