Does any one know any thing about Moffatt Colorado? It is in south central Colorado at the base of the San Luis Mountains due north of Alamosa, CO. I think the Rio Grande RR used to run to or through it. Another town called Crestview is due east in the mountains. Anyway, a couple or years ago, a land auction company in Irvine, CA was selling off lots in Moffatt and I curious what the town consisted of, its history, etc. Any information would be appreciated. thanks much!
