what are the prospects of finding a town that people are moving backtoo? i am retiring in a couple of years and would like to live and work in a old town, i do not mean a touristy place, i mean a place where people want to live quietly and not be bothered with all the red tape and bull, todays cities have to offer. any one have information on the subject?? please reply to my email address.
