COMMENTS: REMAINS: The location offers much to see including an early shop and original houses.

In 1845 a Peter Inglis settled here and built saw and grist mills. The site is somewhat similar to that of Eugenia Falls. The operation remained in the Inglis family until 1934 when it was sold. In 1961, the entire site was purchased by a conservation authority that have worked to preserve the site, adding picnic tables and parking.
