COMMENTS: Located at the intersection of Winnebago road and route 70. REMAINS: All that is left is the old post office and the cemetery

This was a thriving town in the early 1800's.  For some reason, possibly an outbreak of cholera, the residents abandoned this town and moved to the newer, nearby town of Burritt.  Submitted by: M.Todd Hess
