BOWLERVILLE

NAME: Bowlerville
COUNTY: Nye
ROADS: 2WD
GRID: 1
CLIMATE: Hot summer, cool winter.
BEST TIME TO VISIT: Anytime.
COMMENTS: Not much to see.
REMAINS: Tailing Pile

Bowlerville lasted only a year and a half and the population never exceeded fifteen residents. The camp was named after a Fred Bowler. Nothing substantial was ever built there and not a trace of the camp remains. Only a small tailing pile from the Bowler mine shows that people were ever there.
