COMMENTS: No residents. About 7 miles East of Willowbar, now Keyes.
REMAINS: No buildings.
Post office closed in 1910, I believe. I think the railroad went through here or close by. My gr-grandfather, Dr. W. McKay Dougan, lived here and lost a leg when hopping a train to attend to a patient in 1908. I believe he was establishing a homestead claim. Obituary in Texhoma newspaper of that date indicates "of 4-8". Buried at Texhoma but gravesite could not be found. Possibly was part of cemetery buried in the dust storms of the 30's.
