NAME: RASCAL FLATS COUNTY: Tulsa or Rogers ROADS: 2WD GRID: 1 CLIMATE: Oklahoma style. BEST TIME TO VISIT: Nothing there but the Port o' Catoosa now.

COMMENTS: RASCAL FLATS, Had a one room school house. Located North of Catoosa? Now overtaken by the Port. REMAINS: Gone but not forgotten.

Was a small community back in the early 1920's. Mom said as they got older, they walked, or rode a horse, to the school in Owassa.The school was burned down by a drunk in the 1970's. Submitted by: Mary Helscel
