COMMENTS: On S.R. 2 15 miles east of Alliance.
REMAINS: Many original buildings, some still occupied. A very large concrete processing facility and other structures are along the railroad line; within the bounds of the old settlement there are two mobile trailers with residents.
Antioch was a mining town which was established during WWI to mine potash. There were over 2000 people here at its peak. In 1939 the demand for potash faded and by 1939 there were only 25 people left. Today there are less than 25.
