Hi Paul. Thanks for the response. As far as I can tell, Le Beau was on the Minneapolis & St. Paul Railway. I heard once that it was an important cattle shipping terminal around the late 1800's to the early 1900's. My gr-gr grandparents and my gr-grandfather lived there around 1913? to around 1919 approx. My gr-gr grandfather sopposedly was a section foreman on the railway and my gr-grandfather was an express agent. I also heard once that the town was flooded during the making of the dam and reservoir near Mobridge. Any help you can provide will be appreciated. Just send me an email.
