Is it hard and scary to live in a ghost town? Do you have good or bad ghosts? If bad what do they do bad? If good what do they do good? Can you see the ghost? Do you have any contact to the ghost? Do you know ant one that has had contact with the ghost or that has gotten hurt by the ghost?
